Dispatching your order

Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment. We use our usual carriers and select the most suitable service for each destination.

Shipping charges include handling, packaging and transport. Handling has a fixed cost, while transport may vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend placing all your items in one order, as separate orders cannot be combined and each one may incur its own shipping charge.

Shipments of new products are insured for their full value. This cover does not apply in the same way to the collection or return of repaired vehicles, as they are neither new products nor the property of Madridrueda. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at info@madridrueda.es.

Returns

Return shipping and warranty transport outside the DOA period are paid by the customer. In these cases, both outbound and return transport may be charged, as free delivery on orders over €400 does not apply when the product is returned.
