The purchase conditions described below contemplate the commercial relationship between users who purchase onwww.madridrueda.es(hereinafter ‘the buyer’) and REBORN SYSTEMS S. L. (hereinafter, “Madridrueda”). These purchase conditions are the only ones applicable and it will be understood that they have been read and accepted by any buyer who places an order inwww.madridrueda.es

The minimum age to place an order is 15 years.

Prices
All sales prices indicated in our website are shown in euros and include VAT. Madridrueda reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
Additionally, Madridrueda may apply discounts, promotions or special bonuses. Madridrueda undertakes to apply the current rates indicated on the website, except for errors or omissions, at the time of placing your order.
Return
The buyer has 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Within this period, you may return said product along with a copy of the invoice corresponding to the order.
Exchanges or returns of promotional or discounted products are not permitted.
The product must be in perfect condition and in no case will Madridrueda be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during a return by the customer, who will be responsible for the method and expense that may arise from the return.
Madridrueda will only accept Products that are sent with their original packaging, complete, new and in perfect condition. Items that have been sent incomplete, damaged, used, dirty or activated by the buyer will not be accepted.
Shipping costs in case of return or warranty processing outside the DOA period will always be borne by the customer. In these cases, both outward and return shipping will be charged since the free shipping promotion over 400 euros is not applicable if the product is returned.
We will proceed to refund the amount, once the product is received and complies with the conditions and status mentioned above.
Note: Personalized, adapted or out-of-catalog products cannot be returned.
Guarantees
We have a DOA period of 7 days from the date of purchase of the product in which it will be replaced directly with a new one if it is defective from the factory. In this case Madridrueda will bear the costs of replacing the defective product as long as it is a factory defect. (In the case of scooters or unicycles, they must be at 0 km, a defect straight out of the box)
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will proceed to exchange it in the shortest period possible, with the return and shipping costs being borne by Madridrueda only in the case of DOA.
From these 7 days and in general it will be processed as a normal warranty (RMA) of the product, which will have a duration of 36 months* from the date of the invoice, which is It is essential to present it for the processing of the same and as long as the product meets the warranty conditions.
Some manufacturers from the 24th month will require the customer to provide an expert opinion that demonstrates that the defect is due to manufacturing and not use, in addition to there being a warranty limitation based on the Kilometers explained below.
*Conditions for our warranty to cover a defective product:
— None of our items will be covered by the warranty if their defect is caused by misuse or improper handling by the customer.
— Replacement by DOA must be claimed within the previously stipulated period from when it was delivered to your home.
— Returns will not be accepted if its original label and packaging are not in perfect condition.
— Water damage to electronics, batteries and motors is not covered by the warranty.
All products sold at Madridrueda have a 36-month warranty for parts and labor (from the date shown on the invoice), and 6 months for non-flooded batteries, suspensions and components with wear such as bearings and seals, with the exception of products sold as models of demo/used/second-hand whose warranty is 3 months.
Some manufacturers take charge of the warranty directly and, therefore, must be contacted by the customer (contact details are provided when requesting the return on our website).
There are also manufacturers that have their own warranty conditions such as kilometer limits or on parts with known wear and tear due to use such as closures on scooters, grips, etc.

Batteriess generally have a 6-month warranty. Some manufacturers exceptionally offer a 1-year warranty.
Generally, the warranty applies only to electronic and electrical parts, lasting:
— 36 months with a limit of 2500 km for products less than 10 inches, strict.
— 36 months with a limit of 7,500 km for products measuring 10 inches or more
